    Have had my fair share of rude staff members and understaffed deli area. Feels a lot less welcoming than Woolies.

    Not good,,,! Price marked incorrect on an item, told assistant who called price check, and it was wrong. Then wanted to charge me, I said I thought it was coles policy to give the item for free if it scanned at wrong price.The assistant was not happy and quite rude.The manager was called and item given for free by an unhappy staff member. This Coles store Newtown tas is ALWAYS marking things wrong, sign says one thing but checkout says another .Not a good store, try to avoid, but if you use make sure you check your docket.

    Extremely Poor customer service. I visited this place last night 12th august and one of the ladies who was serving at checkout counter forcefully took my trolley around 11.58 pm. Even if we are in store at 12 no one is supposed to grab our trolley like that. Mannerless staff. Unbelievable behaviour from coles staff.
